Honestly no complains at all. The hotel with fairly quiet rooms, in a calm area, close to tourist attractions. Particularly good and marvellous location, close to Family Club Timatey Public Bath, greatly enjoyed this place. Nice beds, central heating, television, and a refrigerator in the room.

The beds were the softest I've ever laid on, truly life-changing. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is super clean, modern, and in a great location with supermarkets and cafes nearby. The director even gave me a ride to the airport, amazing customer care!

The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-stocked with toiletries. the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to everything we needed, yet not in a crowded area. the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist.
some of the rooms lacked windows, which was not mentioned in the room description and could be disappointing for guests who were expecting natural light.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with stylish and comfortable rooms. The location was convenient with a bus stop right outside, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
